There is parking
directly in front of the cottage with spare spaces in our own private road. Outside, in the enclosed garden, there
is a sunny flagstone seating area with outdoor furniture and gas barbeque
providing the perfect setting for a relaxing stay.

garden room, with the kitchen and downstairs cloakroom set to one side. |

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top of the
range appliances including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, separate oven & hob and microwave. |

The lounge area
is extremely comfortably furnished with a sofa and 2 chairs in front of
the woodburning stove (wood free of charge). There is a flat screen TV
with DVD movies & freeview and there is a digital radio with CD.
The
dining table comfortably seats four with great views of the sunset
facing West.

spacious bathroom features a bath with new powerful shower. |

There
are 2 light and sunny bedrooms. To the east is a double with great views
over the garden and paddock, tastefully decorated with pine furnishings,
bedside lights and flatscreen Freeview TV . The west facing bedroom has
two comfortable single beds. Quality linen is provided throughout.

This is a great environment
for anyone who loves the outdoors. Guests are free to walk in the
paddock and orchard or on the dog walk trail around the wood. Access to
the public Brit Valley footpath is gained through our friends
neighbouring fields with several pubs and Bridport within reach.
We welcome children and pets
and there is a ‘jungle gym’ on the dogwalk. |
